Unbanning Process - How long does it take?
I was banned a little while ago for not having my inventory set to "Public" cause of the new Steam settings. I changed it recently and then I submitted a ticket with the hope of getting an unban, but it's been ~2 days without any response or indication that someone has looked at the submitted tickets.

How long does Unbanning take, and are there typically craploads of people in the banned/unbanned lists that need attending to every single day?

There's no specific timeframe. Your ticket will be handled when an admin gets to it.

I got banned for showing proof of scam and because of that I got banned.

You were banned for spamming a trade, you should have reported the user instead of spamming their trade.

I was banned for no apparent reason for a day about 2 weeks ago. Of course, the replies on my ticket were blatantly ignored, so I was left in the dark. Great job Mods, great job.
