Banned for private profile, two weeks later and no response?
Is it always this ridiculous? A simple fix that I did in less than 30 seconds and I'm still waiting two weeks later for a response. A simple, "Oh yeah, sure, we'll unban you now." Do mods always take this long?

Mods get close to thousands of tickets a week. You need to be patient and wait until the staff get to yours.
