Banned, can't understand why
You have been banned until Nov 8th, 2014 11:50pm by ッ. The reason for this ban is as follows:
Your account does not meet the requirements to sell games or conduct in cash trading.

No cash or game trading with new accounts. Your account must be at least 2 years old and have at least 20 non-free games before you can start trading games for items or buying items for cash on the website. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of staff.

Talking about it will not change the verdict. And we don't disclose our decision making process as it would defeat its purpose.

What exactly is a exception for you then?
You said there's case-by-case exception but I don't match the critera. What is the criteria?

Like I said, we don't disclose the criteria otherwise everyone would go for it, including people with bad intent. The rules state a basic criteria, that's as far as we can tell.

If it's a "basic criteria" how is that I don't qulify for it. I have well over non-free games on my account. And also rep on my thread that I have on outpost.
