20 game rule.
Why am I required to have 20 non-free games to sell for money? I was banned because of it, but I don't play any other games besides TF2 and a few others. That doesn't make me a scammer or alt, does it? Either way I bought 10+ games so woop :/

The 20 game rules filters out all the potential scams when doing trading for real world currencies, while it may be a bit strict, it should cut down the amount of people losing large sums of money in trades.
