Appeal Prioritization
Is there a certain order in which appeals are dealt with? Are tickets that are easy to deal with approached first, or possibly the oldest tickets get responses? I know that there are several hundred/thousand tickets that staff members have to deal with, and that I should be patient when it comes to waiting for a response. However, it has been 3 months since Garry had posted on my ticket, so it makes me wonder when I could possibly get my next response.

Theres no estimated time for tickets to be answered. Tickets are answered depending on the availability of the admin assigned, there is no prioritization.

Thank you for your reply, but either I didn't understand you or you misunderstood my question. My question wasn't a matter of how much time an admin takes out of his schedule to deal with appeals. I was wondering if certain tickets are handled faster and therefore responded to first, or if complicated cases are put on standby until other cases have been dealt with.
