Sounds like a problem with the API. There's nothing you can really do about it if that's the case.

It's been like this for the past week solid. It's not changing, others are posting trades. My steam isn't down, servers are up.

This seems to be a very odd issue. One of your items contains name tag which is "broken" and it causes issues with TF2OP, Bazaar, tf2b. Surprisingly, Steam inventory viewer and bp.tf work because they just ignore it. (probably)

The name of the item is "☆Bam! Times up! URE DEAD☆������������" and it's your Festive Force-a-Nature. Try getting rid of that tag and see what it does.

You're a champion. How on earth did you find this out? One hell of a bug.

Very Strange, I now have the same problem, I wanted to search for an item, and doesn't matter what Item I search for, it says it doesn't exist !

I tested your backpack with both existing API endpoints. Both worked so I tested with different backpack viewers. TF2B displayed an error about encoding so I checked your items for any suspicious name tags and there it was.

oh i fixed my problem, profile was back on private, all ok now
