Trading with banned tf2outpost peeps

So recently I learned that after I traded a few unusuals the guy who i had bought them from was banned from outpost. So does that mean I cant put them on the market. Remember that I bought these items from him before he was banned... So i didnt buy from a scammer that i knew of

He only got banned from buying from a scammer so does this effect me?

It's not allowed to trade with a user banned for trading with scammers, however if at the time he wasn't banned nor had any pending reports, then you might be fine, i'd await an official response from a staff member.

Can I trade with someone banned until a time ( here it's until 11th may) ? He isn't permantly banned so I imagine I can but I still ask.

They didn't. Well I've traded my items. I still made a huge profit with him, super clean history (bought from unboxer). The last owner wasn't marked guy so yeah I'm good^^. Thanks !
