Selling an item from a marked scammer
Hello, I was tempt-banned on TF2 Outpost for attempting to trade with a marked scammer, after several forum posts on ( http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/5772-76561198048417976-steve.html ) I was wondering if I can sell the item on TF2 outpost, I came here to ask the admins and the moderators on whether I can sell this item ( Roboactive Berliners Bucket Helmet) and I also contacted Fortress of Gamers Mod ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/tjdv )and he said I can "sell it" so I wanted to ask the community for your opinion

Buying an item from a marked user is not allowed, and selling it is 10 times worse. Whoever told you that is most likely referring to selling it secretively, which can be reported. If you were to attempt to sell the item, especially on an alt, you would probably be banned permanently or especially longer than you were/are.
