It's a graphical issue that seems to arise there and here,
I've had a few times, try opening up the trade if you wish to see it's true quality,

This DOES NOT give the item any special qualities or value.

It is a real item but the trade won't go through so im not sure if that has something to do with it

The error message can be resolved by trying to accept it multiple times, just keep trying until it works, (that's all I got from the internet, sorry)
