Don't quite know if this problem has been solved, but if it hasn't, mind answering the following questions? to get a better understanding of the situation you are currently in of course.

#1: Did you recently renew your subscription?
#2: Are you positive that your autobump buttons are on?
#3: How long ago did you notice this issue?

I've noticed that the main pages of both TF2 Outpost and CS:GO Outpost are filled with non-premiums, this is exceedingly rare so you may not be the only one with this issue.
