Dear OP Admins
I scammed a guy a lot of time ago and here is my steam rep http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198080637873
And i also paid the guy back but he wanted the giftwrap with an item in it so i gave the item back to him
and we posted a comment on helen angels profile and she said that she will look at it
and suddenly my profile changed to open to denied and that made me really sad

You need to file an appeal on the main site. Make sure it is detailed with reason to appeal, then wait for an admin to reply to your appeal ticket.
