policy on reports
hello.
one of the traders i knew for a long time told me he got banned on tf2outpost because another user, who actually tried to scam him, did a report on him with forged screenshots. is this a normal thing? i understand you probably don't have much access to steam stuff that would allow fact checking in these cases? does the first person to provide "evidence" which couldn't be checked in these cases wins then? that seems highly abusable.

We only ban with evidence. If the user is innocent they can appeal their ban on the site and provide evidence of their innocence.
