Trading with this guy might get me banned from outpost too ?

I wanted to buy one of his unusuals but it seems he got banned on outpost from sharking. 2 years ago.

He is not banned on bp.tf and not marked on steamrep. But i need to be sure if i am safe. Plz a moderator answers me and i will know if trading with these kind of guys is bannable.

It is not against the rules to trade with sharkers. However, beware they may shark you too.
