I can't even have a cash trade open now because apperently you need 2 years and 20 games

I'm sorry, but that was bs. What was the point of this?

The rule was implemented to stop the large amount of paypal / chargeback scams.

To be fair 20 games is a VERY low requirement, considering you can pay $1 for an indie bundle and get 5-10 games. Owning 20 games shouldn't be a problem to anybody who is actually interested in cash trading. The requirement is there to wade out most of the obvious scammers who usually don't meet these criteria.
