how to get unbanned
I have used your outpost site for over a year. everything was and is still set up as far as profile, public backpack, any requirements you asked for. However I had a long day and must have been tired and was entering my password and username backwards. something about being up almost 20 hours will mess with your mind when you are tired. I thought I was entering the funny numbers and letters incorrectly not my password and username when it asked me to log in to steam and after a few failed attempts I thought I got through to the site when actually it was just to say I was banned.

I appealed,
I waited patiently
I went out of town for few days and when I came back saw a note from moderator "banned" asking me to add him or her. However being out of town for a few days I must have taken too long and the status was changed to "declined".
I saw something saying you can appeal to some email address at Helen@outpost.gg. never did hear anything from that so not sure if that is valid anymore or not.

I really do enjoy the site as it Is a great way to trade your items. Is there anyway someone here can help me get back into your good graces. I would much appreciate any constructive feedback or some help from someone who can help fix this.

Same thing is going on with me atm i added the guy taking over my ticket but he ended up blocking me

I have sent emails to Helen@outpost.gg as your link has described. it was only after 2 months of being banned that I have come here with my plea for a little help. Im not sure how long these things take and that is why I came here trying to get information or some form of help. Im not trying to be impatient. I just was hoping to get back into your good graces.

Helen has to respond to a fair amount of reports, not only from TF2OP, but also SR aswell. So it might take her a fair amount of time to get around to your ticket.

oh yes I can only imagine. I came here to just be sure I was taking the right avenue to hopefully end this soon and get back to the fun part of trading. thanks for the time.

so you show 2 accounts, I have one. it sometimes makes me log in with either my user name or account name. not sure why. which one is banned. sorry to take so much of your time.

We don't handle Steam accounts. If you have a problem logging in with your accounts then you should contact Steam Support to recover them.
