This isn't a thread designed to call out users. It's a thread designed to warn users about repeating offenders. Unfortunately, SteamRep takes months to evaluate reports, and so scammers are able to steal hundreds of dollars from other users. Often times they use this money to fund their Steam accounts. I understand how this might come across as a he did this she did that post, but I don't think this violates the discussion rules. Untill SteamRep receives more volunteers and gets more publicity, there will not be a good place to warn users about such scammers. I'm not one to think that we should allow scammers to steal money, that is potential physical property, from other people. If you or another administrator (I assume you are an administrator for your advise) still believe that this thread violates the rules, I will close it and seek another way to warn users of these scammers.

This forum is a support/discussion hub, not a place to keep track of people's reputation. That's what SR is for.
