You must have bought something at mann co at least 30 days ago but not more than one year ago to list your items on the community market. But you can save that step, you own nothing that can be sold at the community market except crates, and really, no one buys crates, will take ages to get that one cent per crate.

so if i trade away those items, the new owner can sell them at the marketplace or are they allways going to be unsellable? ty for answer

Not all items can be sold on the market, you can check which ones are marketable by looking at the tags in your inventory.

Non of the items in your inventory can be placed on the market, with the exception of your crates.
