A guy is asking me to change my b.o?
I sold a hat to a guy, now he's asking me to remove my previous b.o so that it wouldnt not affect his sales. Pretty sure this falls under price manipulation and is against the rules yet he claims he asked an admin who said it's allowed. Any ideas?

That's just courtesy. You are not obligated to do it, and it is not against the rules to ask that. He probably doesn't want your price to have an influence on his trade.
