We only ask for these information to corroborate other evidence we have, we don't do it for fun. And we only get it with the user's consent, hence noone here is breaking the Steam's SSA.
I am here to use your site for trading purposes, not for my Steam Community Market transactions to be scrutinized.
So as a paying-customer, I ask what is done to ensure that the evidence provided justifies a trade history request? I make over 2,000 Steam Community Mareket transactions a month. Why did I have to show my private trade history in regards to a Steam Community Market transaction?
Also, why was this request spawned by my ticket no notify admins that my trade was being spammed?

What's going on here is a real bad business model I see as a user of your services.
The spam comment was hidden, so I don't know why you still have a problem with it. The request was necessary, again, to corroborate other evidence we have - we don't do it for fun. If you have done nothing wrong you would have no problem supplying information, our history shows only people involved in shady dealings refuse to provide information about an item/trade.
Bad business model is the one that allows people to engage in illicit activities, and we certainly are not one of them. If you have a problem with the way Outpost fights scamming and related offenses, you are free to move your business elsewhere.
Paying $15, posting a trade, then opening a ticket for spam led to me having to stop everything I was doing and spend 30 minutes of my time justifiying what ultimately was a Steam Community Market transaction.
My apologies if we think differently and you don't see a problem here.
There are many other trading services in which noone will ever ask you for anything. However, you may encounter quite a few scammers hanging around I'd guess for the exact same reason. I'd offer 30 mins of my time once in a while in exchange for a lower risk of being scammed at any time.
Also, remember that the "real bad business model" also voluntarily "spends 30 minutes" of their days making sure the community is safe. Try to put yourself in an 800k users community admin' shoes for a moment, too.
Is what it is I guess.
