Are Outpost staff really this slow? As a comp player its nice not to have people adding me all the time for stuff they see in my bp but whatever if they dont alow that fine, but 2 weeks is pretty slow for a responce time, is this normal?

Mate due to the high volume of tickets that outpost have to deal with each day
