Question regarding trading with tagged users:3
The banned user is banned on OP for being marked on SR.
The reason is having an alt who attempted an SG scam.
He has traded his hats to users who are not banned for trading with him.
If the hats aren't scammed is it still ban-able to trade with him since he has an alt?
Or does the "banned for trading with scammers" only count if the hats are scammed?

Just don't want to get banned since I have premium, thanks!

Yes it is. It doesn't matter whether the items are scammed or not.

Then what are the circumstances where trading with said user would be acceptable, considering the fact that he has traded quite a few hats away to people who haven't been banned? Just out of curiosity.

But, the alt is is public and doesn't look like an alt at all since he plays on both accounts.

No circumstances are acceptable. We only deal with reports people send us, if nothing happened then probably the incidents were never reported anywhere.
