We've had the different classes point being made and it is not sufficient reason to make multiple trades when you really want any hat at all.
It just wouldn't be fair to allow you to put all those different trades up when in reality you have no interest in the specific hats listed, and instead would want any at all and could easily consolidate them into one trade.
Which means either you were not reported or a moderator just happened to not stumble upon your trades. It was still against the rules.
Well thank you for understanding that we can't allow it, it is just a level of what is fair to each user and what is a little too far.
Though if you have a suggestion on how to improve the system, feel free to make a topic on the suggestions board.
I did , I went ahea and suggested to adjust rule number 4 and it was instantly rejected
you pointed out one thing very important , the word fair
if you see it from my point of view you will notice is not fair for me , to get this restriction
now in this case the user is right ok , because the user is not having duplicate posts wich should be the only reason to bann
but in my case it is even more unfair because I paid for the 35 trades slots , (note rule #4 was made when the site was on donations ) and I got 12 hour bann for relisting games , now if you don't think of it only like rules are rules , if you think of it like now is not on donations and now users are actually paying for slots , donation and paying for service is very diferent , and that rule needs to be adjusted , because I virtualy own 35 slots for 30 days , or renting them for 30 days and that should benefit free userstoo
We did not hide the relist rule from you before you decided to purchase premium, and it was up to you to decide the value of doing so.
true , but i have consumer rights that tf2outpost didnt respect
also there is no pont on not being able to list a group of games and relisting them separetly so you can set the exact amont of keys you want for a game , now , i repeat true the rules were not hidden from me before i paid , but just because one needs a service dosent mean that its not easy to understand that i pay for the 35 slots and its not a thank you for your dontation perk
like you say that was available for you and not hidden from you , mostlikely meaning if you didnt like it why did you accept , but i repeat , just because one needs a service dosent mean you dont have to respect user rights , the rule was made , when it was thank you for your donation perk but now , its here is what you paid for and , i repeat this is againts consumer rights
Being premium does not mean you are exempt from the rules of the site.
When you paid, you paid for the benefits that are received from being premium.
I understand, that a temp ban makes people upset. But it is only a 12 hr ban that serves as a warning to not do repeat the offense in the future.
You knowingly relisted, and relisting doesn't bring much benefit. They get bumped at the same time and only serve as being clutter.
A single trade with one game or a trade with all games do the same work. If you have a large amount of different games, having a trade with 8 different games saves you space and you will still be seen by those searching as particular game.
i honestly agree but i pay for cluttering the server, the point i was trying to state is , you are not giving me a thank you for your donation perk, you started charging for premium 1-2 months ago and consumer rights apply , so if i clutter the site , the point is you are being paid for slots
imagine you pay rent and your landlord opens the door to your appartment to inspect how clean you have the appartment and he tells you those have been the rules for a long time , and you answer right that is when you let me use the appertment because i was a donator , now i am paying for the space , no matter what you sign , that is againts your rights
believe me owners tend to forget that thine line, and the example i gave happend to me , a landlord opend the door to the appertment that i was paying rent for just to see how close the the sofa was to the wall , because he had the right to protect his walls againts scratches and ontop he complained that the sofa was to close to the wall
you are wrong , you can rent an appartment and do such thing , and you will get charged with your deposit money on damages , but i am not saying i am special, i am pointing out that i am paying for slots , and i should use them however i want to use them , but you are right , nobody cares about my so called rights because aperently , no one wants to take the time to stop and think , i am charging for a service now this is no longer a donation perk , it might take years before globalisation gets to the point that every one charging for an online service has to go thrue an inspection before they can start charging for a service , to make sure that consumer rights are not being broken in any way , just because you accept terms and conditions because you need a service dosent mean your rights are being respected, for example you buy a digital game and legaly you cant resell it or lend it , but it is againts your consumer rights , and in the future that might have to change because rights are above any rules not someone special
Our "Thank you" Is letting you auto bump your trades and having you be able to make more trades than a normal user. You shouldn't expect us to get on our hands and knees to give you praise because you donated. We appreciate it, don't get me wrong, but you donated for the rights that were given to you in the description of becoming a premium user.
Also, your real life situation doesn't help your arguement. First off, a land lord has every right to enter your house whenever he/she wants. He owns the house! He has to make sure that you are living in his home to the standard he wants. My land lord just walks into my apparment all the time, and I can't do anything about it because he's checking to see if I'm living in his home to his standards.
Being a donator/premium user doesn't give you the right to break any tf2outpost's rules. They are for everyone. Just because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean you're allowed to.
Here's an example, you claim that you are allowed to make ten trades for one purpose just because everyone else does. But what if everyone starts using and dealing drugs? Since everyone does it, are you allowed to? No, you're not.
If you see a person relisting, don't hesitate to report it. We have 15 mods and 500000+ user. You can't expect us to be able to see and monitor every single user on the site.
Keep in mind, this convorsation is over a small 12 hour ban when the user in question broke the relisting rules.
