What does TF2Outpost look like when you got banned?
Trying to be curious, but could you provide me a screenshot or anything on how TF2Outpost look like when your banned?

Basically when you log onto Outpost you are directed to a page. At the top you have the amount of time banned, reason, rule(s) broken, et cetera. Then below there are chat boxes in which you may appeal your ban with, this is how you contact the admins. That's basically everything if I recall correctly.

Source: Was hijacked awhile ago and therefore banned for a short period of time.
