press this link, its mine but it should redirect to your page anyway, if it doesnt, just change this it "Royal_MaLeK" with your customid.

Never click links. Go to TF2OP settings, and it will tell you how to enable Trade Offers. Also, tell all your friends to enable it as well. TF2OP will be better once many many people have enabled Trade Offers.
