Trading
I have a question, if you are trading some one for a item and they did not say specifically that they wanted items, are they allowed to turn down ref? Also are they allowed to look into your backpack and ask to trade a item that you did not want to trade and they say that they will have "No deal".

Anyone is allowed to turn down an offer for any reason. This also means that you are allowed to turn down an offer for any reason, such as them looking through your backpack for items you do not intend to sell.
