Can i get hat back from scammer?
So this is what happened http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198053032664-jrzzz.48567/ ive seen he recently got banned from outpost for trying to phisish the hat is there anyway i could get it back?

I'm pretty sure Valve doesn't restore hats that are scammed in cash trades, since I don't think they condone trading in-game items for real world money outside of their own system.

Not in all possiblity can you get your hat back from a scam. Valve will restore for hijackings once though.
