Should I unfriend traders after making a trade with them on outpost?

You can if you want. Some people like to keep people around because they may trade again later and some like collecting as many friends as possible.

If you don't want someone on your friends list, you have no obligation to keep them there.

I personally keep people on my friends list in case I ever want to trade with them again. Or if they want to trade with me! I figure it can't hurt (unless you're running out of room on your friends list)
