Special treatment?
I really don't know how to start phrasing this question, so I'll just start with an anecdote:

I recently posted a trade offer on the Outpost. Personally, I thought the amount I was requesting was rather exorbitant, but I saw others selling for the same price, so I figured "why not?" After a few hours I had recieved two seriously lowball offers; even lower than the price I originally had in mind. Tone of voice isn't conveyed well over the internet, but I assumed they were trolling me and trying to pull the wool over my eyes. However, I was curious to see how other people selling my item for the same/similar price were being treated. I did a quick search and found a few people who were clearly "big traders." You know who I'm talking about: the ones who have their trading automated; have a "stock" of stranges, buds, and unusuals; and all prices are twice that of any third-party's suggestions and yet are still "firm." These people had thousands of views and numerous replies. Many were hidden, but most of the recent ones were serious buyers practically begging to buy the same thing I'm selling for the same price.

Now, I get it. There are always going to be scammers, lowballers, and trolls to deal with when trading. That's just the nature of the game; if you can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. And maybe this post is more of a rant to blow off steam, but my legitimate question is this:

Do donators/supporters of TF2 Outpost get special treatment? I know of the auto-bumps and special text, but is there something that "sets them aside" from regular traders? Is there a stigma that I don't know about pinned on non-donators, much like there is for F2P TF2-ers?

Should my above suspicions be true, I'm sure that, much like when a F2P asks, "How do I craft scrap?" and the reply they recieve is "type unbindall into the consle," I'll recieve similar prodding and banter, but any clarification would be appreciated.

Right, thanks for sticking with me through this wall of text.

No they don't get special treatment.
That depends. Some people are more comfortable trading with people they already know or have traded with before. Some avoid non-premiums because of the probability of them being new traders. It's hard to pin point the exact reason.

But there are no special treatment from the site, besides receiving the perks associated with the premium subscription.
