I have been banned permanently .
I do not know why I'm banned, just because I do not have publicly my inventory? How many other users have their entire profile to be private and will not be banned. I would like a reasonable explanation to this lock, which I consider to be unfounded.

As quoted from the rule page for the website:

"No private profiles or backpacks. You will be subject to a permanent ban until you make your profile and backpack public again. This includes both your game-specific and Steam inventories."

Basically it messes with the system used when creating trades or tracking items. It is also a deterrent to scammers using the site with private alternate accounts to push scammed items.

Please make your backpack public and appeal the ban on the website through the appeal system.
