New Update: Ups and Downs for the community
Outpost finally updated after a long time of rare activity. Lots of features are certainly nice. Although one cannot argue that there are some new obstacles that will hinder new or returning users from joining tf2outpost.

Ups:
1. More Trades for Premium: Nice. If you are dedicated to the game that you become premium, having more trades is certainly great.
2. Page Layout: Much more cleaner and easier to use.
3. CS:Go : Awesome add-in for some of the co-sniper members! Thumbs up!
4: Re-opening of becoming premium: Awesome day for lots of new members.

Unfortunate things... :/:
1. Glitches: For the past few days, my trades have been going strange, and they are the same when I asked on servers; Trades will show that they are unbumped for xxx hours, even right after I have bumped them. Refreshing doesn't help, and new trades aren't showing up. Issue disappears after 10 minutes and comes back a while later.
2. No item payment: This is a huge issue for lots of casual traders/teens/people with different cards. There has been complaints about not able to subscribe with items. People like teenagers and international people with different credit cards are in a huge trouble because they just can't become premium anymore!
3. $5 per month: Although requiring subscription is a great rule to stop some lazy traders from getting offline all the time, $5 per month, or $60 per year is just way too much for normal gamers who usually has 5 other games to invest into.

Personal Suggestion with combination of discussion in numerous trade servers.
1. Examine the layout settings and try to fix the bump glitch.
2. Enable item payments for Keys, Metal, and Earbuds.
3. Re-evaluate the subscription fee, taking consideration for the general public.

Amid all the great new features, Tf2outpost can certainly become a much better website if it can feature more humanitarian options!

Happy Trading! Other suggestions welcome!

It's been said multiple times that the problem with taking item payments lies on all the legal aspects involved. It's not a matter of will or choice.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but backpack.tf allows user to become permanent premium based on its item donations. The legal aspects must have certain limits with respect to the amount of donation and the restrictions.

Donations and paid subscriptions are different things and have different implications.

Exactly! That's my point to be honest! Why can't tf2outpost use similar strategies to those used by backpack.tf and allow better options? These kind of these can be imitated quite easily

We switched to a subscription system, haven't you seen all the announcements about it? It's all explained.
