How should this trade be done?
I want to make sure I'm following the rules, but also want to trade my stuff, so when it comes to selling random normal weapons, how should a trade be done? Say I have 40 items I want to trade. Can I make five trades with eight items each as long as I don't duplicate anything? Or, can I only make one trade and just list a few items and then point people to my inventory? I notice doing it that way that I'm only getting a few hits and I think it's because when people search for weapons they want (like I do) they're not seeing mine. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Anyone? If it's not against the rules, I'd like to make multiple trades that all have different weapons in them.

Personally, I would adversise the more popular items you have. For example, when making a trade selling unique weapons, you would want to advertise Loose Cannons and Rocket Jumpers instead of Boston Bashers and Liberty Launchers. Also, use the 8th slot in your trade and put "random weapons", I believe if you search weapons while making a new trade, the option pops up. Then, people know that you are selling a variety of other weapons. List all the weapons you are selling in the desription of your trade, along with your stock of each, so they know what you are selling.
If you feel it necessary, list more than one trade sharing the same description, but listing different weapons in the first 7 slots of your display, to spread your business. THen, link the other trades in the description.
That's all the advice I have from my experience, I hope it helped!

Personally, I just make one trade with random weapons and direct them to my inventory. It draws a reasonable amount of attention still, it wouldn't seem that making multiple threads with different weapons would be an issue. Wait for a mod to answer it though, just to be safe.

This is classified as relisting. You may not advertise the same/all your items in multiple trades like this.

Yes, you can. And you can add links to the other trades if you want.

You can do that also, as long as you don't do the same thing on multiple trades.

You can also use the "random weapon" icon and then list all your weapons in the trade notes.
