One Item, multiple times the same owner?
I noticed a couple of times, that there is one unusual and it got multiple times the same owner.
How is that possible? Is it a bug or sth else?

The item gets a new ID everytime it gets traded. Maybe he stored it on another account for some time. You can actually see that on many items.

thats not only the reason every time you put an item to steam market for sell the item will generate a new id so for every time you put it and remove it you get a new id
the item remains clean though just the id is changing even if you dont sell it and remove it from the market there will be a new id for it...
