EDIT: Sorry I confused qualities with attributes. You can change qualities but not attributes.
Only color, bold, italic, underline, strike through tags work on Outpost.
In the search and new trade pages, when you place an item in your wishlist, you can click the item in the wishlist to make a drop down menu appear. These allow you to pick qualities before searching, such as strange.
