Scammed
I'm not quite sure how to get all of the information you guys seek in your scam report. If I could get some assistance that would be great. Been scammed by user Chipcio s>cd-keys in trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15161617. Sent giftwrap and a rec for a bombinomicon. He proceeded to not answer in the chat window, block me from posting in the trade, and made his Steam account untradeable. All for some giftwrap and a rec? Unbelievable.

edit: I figured it out and posted it as a scam report. I don't know how to do screenshots within this system, so I copied and pasted the chat text. I do have screenshots saved in a word file however.

Doesn't seem like it matters anyway. Haven't heard back from anyone. I have all the information in there. The only thing missing is a screenshot of the chat but I have that copied and pasted too. The guy got banned right after that for selling stuff he wasn't supposed to be selling, but not a word about the fact that he's scamming. Live and learn I guess. Just disappointing that nothing seems to be done about it.

An admin periodically reviews all the open reports there, you just need to be patient, it doesn't take that long.
