Also he got it from someone who was banned from outpost, and he upgraded from a bubbling one, for how much I don't know.

To Zenzile #YOLO, he wanted to 1:1 his executioner for a crome's dome with the same effect, saying his is worth 11 in unusuals, and the dome was worth 9 max, who he "reported" for telling him how much of a lowball it was since they were the same effect, but crome's dome was a higher tier.

To Queen, he wanted to 1:2 for a Skull Charmer's and a Peace Phantom, which is incredibly preposterous considering the charmer's alone is worth more than the executioner, and he still wants him to add to that.

To me, he wanted to 1:1 with my Moon Desert Marauder, which has a guy collecting 12 pure, 3 over his b/o, and other unusual offers way above his. Also, he wanted me to ADD sweets to my sunbeams charmer's, which has a collector of 8.5 pure, which is 1.5buds over the lowest buyout of a orb fire executioner on outpost.

I don't know how many other people he has lowballed, probably a bunch, and how many times he's been accused of major lowballing, but I do know that a guy like this needs to learn better trading "etiquette".
