Guy accepted my offer and then said "hell no"
So I posted an offer on this guys trade, offered him 1.77 for a clean pip-boy, he said sure so I added him then this happened

So cant this guy get banned or something because on the rules it says dont post trades unless you are actully going to trade the item. Thanks for your time I'm just really pissed right now.

While he may be an ass for doing that, there really isn't much that can be done about it. It happened over steam and the mod staff here has no real say over what happens off the site.
