On top of that, the inventory alone isn't enough to prove your point. I've seen people sell off their entire backpack for paypal, only to claim the person scammed them of everything. You'll need some kind of way to prove he hijacked you. If it was a typical hijacking case where he took your account, then I wouldn't even expect you to be here as he would still have your password or valve would have restored your account to you, along with the missing items.
Try steamrep and open a steam help ticket.
