I've removed the link from your post, just in case. A few things of importance:

1. This should go in scam reports, not general discussions.
2. It will need to follow the scam report format.
3. You will need a screenshot of this chat, a transcript is not enough.

Alright, a valid point, figured I just notify people given that the guys outpost search has about 8 banned players with his alias.

Just delete it this whole thing, I don't have a pic

Sounds more like a fake steamrep page than a phishing link. Scammers often create such pages to make you believe they are a trusted trader when in fact they're not.
