Terminology Question
Sorry ahead of time if this is a real stupid question. I have just started using TF2Outpost and am slightly confused about one piece of terminology used. In several trades I have looked into often numbers like 1.66 or other decimal numbers are used, what exactly are they referring to?

It's the price in metal of certain items.

1 Refined Metal = 3 Reclaimed Metal = 9 Scrap Metal

In other words:

1 Refined Metal = 1 Ref
1 Reclaimed Metal = 0.33 Ref
1 Scrap Metal = 0.11 Ref

A craft hat usually costs 1.33 Ref, which is 1 Refined Metal + 1 Reclaimed Metal.
