TF2 Spreadsheet is Blacklisted
I've looked through Discussions and haven't found anyone who has said anything about this. Spreadsheet is not whitelisted on Outpost anymore, I don't know if that's an accident of you guy's blacklisted on purpose. Maybe it's just because they moved to a different site? There is no "blacklist"
It is a whitelist.
So any site that is NOT on the whitelist is marked as potentially unsafe.

Usually when a site has a "whitelist" it also has a "blacklist" And that doesn't exactly answer my question to the best possible way :/

This was done because of the recent surge in the number of phishing attempts. All website URLs were given that warning and the staff must manually allow each site they deem needed to be whitelisted. They're still adding more sites to the whitelist and may or may not get to the spreadsheet site.

If there really was a blacklist, then the link would probably not have even been posted at all, red border or not.

TF2 Spreadsheet has always been whitelisted, that's why It's such a surprise to me.

If you're talking about the TF2 Spreedsheet made by the scammer, that will never be whitelisted because it's used to scam people.
