As a result, you can determine which are autobumping (or being manually bumped, it's still a 0 stock trade).
Then check the timestamp beside the user's name in the trade (the last time the notes were updated), this should be equal to or more than the first figure, showing that they haven't bumped their trade, and then updated stock.
Hence:
Bumped 10 minutes ago, updated 15 minutes ago = Autobumping 0 stock trade, report.
Bumped 30 minutes ago, updated 5 minutes ago = Stock update, check back in 30 minutes.
Bumped 1 day ago = Fine, they aren't bumping.
