Too many traders having 0 TOD tickets in stock with auto bumping on.....
Is it just me or do many of you find it annoying when you are trying to find an item, for example a TOD ticket and most of the trades shown have 0 in stock. Why does outpost allow them to have a post for items they do not have in stock? If anything it makes it less user friendly for finding items. Second, it is against the rules to have trades for items you do now own in your BP. Is there a rule that allows this to happen with constant bumping of traders not having items to trade? If you ask me it is just causing needless traffic on the search. This post is a perfect example http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6785531

Yes, this is against the rules. Feel free to report trades which are autobumping with 0 stock. Make sure they are autobumping though, some people kindly deactivate autobump on 0 stock trades while they restock, this is fine.

How can we tell if it is autobump, so we don't accidently report someone who forgot to remove the post?

Look up beside the name at the top of the trade, the figure in brackets shows the amount of time since the last bump, so (15 minutes ago) means that the trade was bumped 15 minutes ago.
As a result, you can determine which are autobumping (or being manually bumped, it's still a 0 stock trade).
Then check the timestamp beside the user's name in the trade (the last time the notes were updated), this should be equal to or more than the first figure, showing that they haven't bumped their trade, and then updated stock.

Hence:

Bumped 10 minutes ago, updated 15 minutes ago = Autobumping 0 stock trade, report.
Bumped 30 minutes ago, updated 5 minutes ago = Stock update, check back in 30 minutes.
Bumped 1 day ago = Fine, they aren't bumping.
