submit a report to steam rep. be sure to include screenshots of all chat and the trade windows.

Ty, I submitted a ticket already, How do I take a screenshot? I saved all the text, and still have the chat from before opened up.

try using Puush. its a free download, 5 min install that auto uploads pictures as you screenshot. if youre on a mac its cmd+shift+4 or if you're on a pc there might be a screenshot program (snipping tool).

Print screen is highly unreliable, and in only saves on image at once. Try downloading Puush, it's far easier and far more effective, the same as Nobel recommended.

is the agreement shown in the chat window? Thats whats important. a good habit to have is to only talk in the chat window as the trade window can be closed unexpectedly. If you link your steam rep report I can take a look at it and make some suggestions.
