Backpack.tf isn't the only pricecheck source, and it isn't correct 100% of the time

ive been using backpack.tf for 2-3 onths now and ive seen the growing use of it, when i traded people use to use spreadsheet and i told them theres more and now teh majority of people are using backpack.tf

Actually tf backpack prices are usually based on the lowest trades you can find , for example if theres 5 people selling ebezeners for 5 keys and 20 people selling it for 10 keys, the price on tf backpack will be 5 keys not 10 keys, so I dont agree with your point, I actually feel completly the other way about it, and the fact that a ton of people now use that price guide kinda hurts traders because a lot of prices there are really low end and its kinda impossible to profit from aka stranges for 1 scrap :P

i see oyur point but my opinon is what ive been seeing lately and thats what i believe is happeneing. what i menatbefore is the rising of keys because 1 person strating selling at 3 ref then the rets folowed hoping they could sell for more and so on.

I kinda agree with you on the case of keys, because in outpost key resellers always ask for at least 1 scrap over the normal price so if you base the price of keys in outpost you will be adding 1 scrap over the normal value, then base the new price sugestion on 3,11 then key resellers sell for 3.22 then sugest 3.22 then key resellers go for 3.33 etcz.

This post in the first place is ridiculous, people can charge whatever they want for an item. It's the buyer who's in charge.

YEA EXACTLY SO IF ONE PERSON MAKES A SUCCESSFULLTRADE FOR KEYS AT 3 REF PEOPEL WILL SEE IT AND COPY HIM AND SO ON
