I would strongly recommend creating a support ticket to Steam, go to this site, create a Steam Support account and send a ticket. I would recommend setting the product as *STEAM*, the category as "Account Questions" and the sub-category as "Hijacked or stolen account". Fill out the support ticket with as much information as possible.
If your ticket is successful (99/100 times when you are the actual owner it is) Steam will return your items to you, if they are no longer in the hijackers inventory.
Best of luck.
yes, yesterday finally recover the account
I want to know is if valve can track his history of trades and investigate to see if it really change 31 strange weapons and a BMOC, for some metal or items, even just a refined, but I think it would be more than what would have been shown,
there is nobody in the world to give away 31 guns and a BMOC, unless it is a friend and this is not the case ..
I want justice to be done is that if this guy really is the guilty that make it a ban on the account, outpost, and especially in valve
If you recovered the account through a support ticket, I'd say it's pretty certain Valve are looking into it.
again thank you very much for your help
you think that Valve will ban him?
Do you think that recuperare my items? or is that too much to ask?
