What would happen if you 1:1 an unusual from a banned user?
I got an offer on my cauldron bubbles blighted beak, a sunbeams solider's stash. I was going to take it; but I saw he was banned from outpost for scamming *appearantly according to him, he chargebacked 3 keys*

would I get banned if I ended up doing the deal with this user?

Yes, you would be banned. Trading with marked scammers is an offense on SR, and on OP.
