How to buy keys through Paypal
I was thinking about buying some Keys for Real World Money recently, but I don't know how the system works. Could someone enlighten me?

Quite simple.

1. Set up a Paypal account.
2. Link to credit/debit card.
3. Find a person selling keys for RWC.
4. Add the trader, offer to buy keys. (Check his prices.)
5. Decide who goes first (as in, sends their items/money first) usually the person with less rep goes first. (All rep on profiles and on sites that don't allow negative comments is completely worthless.)
6. Assuming you go first, send the money to the given Paypal address. Then, you should receive the keys.

Find someone with a [WTS] thread (mean's Want To Sell / Willing To Sell / whatever)
Make sure they have:
1. a clean Steamrep page - not a marked scammer, not even a caution
2. They have plenty of SourceOP rep involving real money trades
SourceOP only allows reputation if the transaction is done on SourceOP. Outpost or TF2TP are not valid proof of transactions, so it's safer.

And what Champelliot said, send the money through Paypal. Some/most traders will also require you to have a verified Paypal account too.
