Bugs
The levels on some of the hats dont appear when your mouse cursor is over it. Also the gifted tags dont appear until you click on the item.

This should be fixed, although level 0 vintage weapons and gifted by tags will not show on old trades. Trades created after the update went live will be fine though.

Some levels are not displayed

no levels (or effects) are displayed here on any offer items
(not just the level0 is missing)
