Actually, Xile is right. It isn't a bug. Even if you were to post a pointless comment and hide immediately, it still makes no difference to the old system, since it takes up no more space unless you choose to view it.
It helps traders to get an idea of the interest in an item by viewing user hidden posts.
Exactly, that's why it's not a bug.
Let's say you were selling a B. Flames Merry. Goes for about 9-10 buds. I offer 4 clean Maxes, and 1 bud. You list my offer as a C/O, I buy it somewhere else and hide my post.
Before, you would have had to completely remove the offer from your notes, as you have no proof of it. Now, you can just put (retracted) after it, which gives traders an idea of the value of your hat.
before it was good because when you tell them they are breaking the rules they hide their post, now it's useless. i think moderators are going to have more reports and work now because of that
If a person wants to see the hidden post, they can, that's an advantage in my books.
*learn to read
*LOL kk rofl
*WTF learn to read
*look at that guy he can't even read lol realy sad for him, i guess he got no brain ;( unlucky man
*(All over this trade) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7974912
*trololololololo
*heys guys, see how he is stupid lmao
*f yourself
*(Responding to a completely reasonable offer) go scam someone else gtfo
I think you have some ulterior motive for not being able to see a user's own hidden posts.
Locking.
