Would anyone else support Dota 2 free gifts being banned form trade?
I myself still keep getting offered the piles of crap for good things and everytime I just want to murder them. They are worth what 1 weapon without it being a scam, but everyone is posting them everywhere regardless. I myself tell people I value them at negative 1 refined to get rid of people. Why is the most cancerous item allowed to be traded when I would be lucky to find 1 in 100 people who would pay 1 wep.

Just because an item is worthless, doesn't mean it can't or shouldn't be traded. If people try sell them for ridiculous prices, feel free to report the trade as a troll trade, but people have the right to sell their items/games. (Obviously as long as it doesn't break another parties T&C or involve game key trading.)

That's like saying we should ban all current crates until they increase in value.

Someone might actually want a crate vs Dota 2 which has a bot that collects and gives away copies for free. It has over 1300 copies to give away for free. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/dota2bot

This is new "offical" cost of Dota 2 invite: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/market/search?q=appid%3A753

Does that mean Dota 2 invites VS rares or mythical are now considered troll trades?

It costs on market same as crates.

What makes that official? Official implies Valve, that's just what they sell for on Steam Market.

Most people I see make trades such as [H] Dota 2 [W] Far Cry 3, they think Dota 2 red text invite costs $30, now everyone know real price.

That's just what you can BUY them for RIGHT NOW

Valve give away 10 free invites (or even more) to everyone each month, supply will only increase, not decrease.

Mm, yes I know that. I was just questioning what made it "official", I would have been interested to know if Valve released some sort of notice regarding it.

Steam is Valve company.

Yes, I know that. Nobody made an "official" price though, that's my point.
