Depends on the offense.
Spam: 4 bans
Trading accounts: 2 bans
Scamming: Instant


But this can vary on a few factors, these are just base guidelines.

So if I were to be banned for commenting "It's duped" 4 times, it's a perma?

We generally don't ban for just saying "lol", that's normally just warrants a hide if that. Spam bans are only given for incessant spam.
